She is a professor of occupational therapy at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and is the program manager of the Cru Work Skills Program. She specializes in community-based practice and adults with IDD. She is the recipient of the 2022 Rusty Award of Excellence for her commitment to serving the IDD population.
